MY™ Station Questions

No complicated setup required. Set it on your counter, plug it in, fill the 4.8-litre tank, and you're ready — clean water, hot or cold, within minutes.
Compact — about 22 x 34 x 40.5 cm. It fits comfortably on a standard kitchen counter without taking up much space.
By default you get water at ambient temperature (as cool as your tap water), but you can also select hot water across several temperature settings — no need to boil a kettle first. It's a more energy-efficient alternative to a traditional kettle.
No. The removable 4.8-litre reservoir means you can place the unit wherever works for you — no plumber, no fixed water line needed.
Because the reverse osmosis filtration is so thorough, some water — along with the particles it filters out — ends up in the wastewater tank. Depending on how hard your tap water is, this can be up to around a quarter of the water that goes in.
Roughly every 3-4 months, or after 8 weeks of not using it.
White vinegar or our limescale remover will take care of any limescale buildup in the tanks.
About 30W to remineralise water at ambient temperature, and up to 1600W for hot water. In standby, just 8W.
If you're away for a while, empty the unit, keep the filter in the fridge, and run a rinse cycle before using it again. If the filter has sat unused for more than 6 weeks, it's best to replace it.
The unit always keeps about 1.5 litres of filtered water ready to go, and takes roughly 5-7 minutes to replenish that (depending on your tap water quality). Don't forget to empty the drip tray now and then.

Most of your essential minerals come from a balanced diet, but water still plays a role in daily hydration and electrolyte balance. Our filtered water is extremely pure on its own, but for the best taste and hydration, we recommend remineralising it with MY™ Bases.

MY™ Bases (Soft, Plus, Alkaline) set the mineral profile of your everyday drinking water. MY™ Boosters are single-use sachets with functional ingredients (like guarana or magnesium) aimed at specific needs such as energy or recovery.
Yes, actually a great pairing. Softened water is drinkable but lacks magnesium and calcium, and tends to have more sodium. The MY™ Station restores those missing properties.

Filtration Questions

It's the most thorough membrane filtration technology available, capable of removing the vast majority of dissolved contaminants. Because it also strips out minerals, the water needs to be remineralised afterward for optimal hydration.
Most filters only remove part of what's in your water — chlorine, some heavy metals, or pesticides often get through. Our 3-in-1 Super Filter uses three filtration stages, including a reverse osmosis membrane, to remove chlorine, heavy metals, pesticides, pharmaceutical residues, microplastics, nitrates, and sulphates — all from a single filter that lasts a year.
Each filter processes between 750 and 1,100 litres of tap water, depending on hardness — in practice, that's about once a year. A red light on the front panel will let you know when it's time. If you're away for a while, keep the filter refrigerated and replace it if unused for more than 2 weeks.
Yes — you can send it back to us for eco-friendly disposal.
Sustainability shapes a lot of our design choices. The unit uses BPA-free, food-grade plastic to keep it affordable, while the MY™ Bases bottles are made from borosilicate glass — fully recyclable and reusable. Packaging is 100% recyclable cardboard, and used filters can be returned for responsible processing. Using the system also means less single-use plastic and lower emissions compared to bottled water.
A TDS meter gives you a fast read on mineral content — the higher the reading, the harder the water and the more likely it contains extra contaminants. The MY™ Station significantly lowers TDS before remineralising.

The "Minerals" indicator light turns red when it's time to replace the pouch.
You can order a pack as a one-time purchase or set up a subscription — choosing your delivery frequency, swapping variants, updating your address, or skipping a cycle whenever you need to.
