Shipping Area

We currently ship within Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania only.

Delivery Method

Delivery is handled through Montonio, which lets you choose from a range of parcel machine and courier options.

• Smaller items — all Montonio-supported delivery options are available (parcel machines and courier services).
• Oversized items (for example Sküma MyStation) — can only be delivered via Unisend parcel machine or Unisend courier, as the package dimensions don't fit other parcel machines.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of order and payment confirmation. Once shipped, parcels typically arrive at the selected parcel machine within 4-5 business days.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated based on order weight/size and shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, so you can follow its progress.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, contact us at info@aquasisters.ee and we'll resolve it promptly.
